PHILOSOPHY
As our kids grow older, they sometimes need some extra support. Wouldn’t it be nice to know that your child has someone else by their side who understands? I approach therapy with a warm and supportive presence. I build relationships with children and families to promote understanding and healthy communication. We will work collaboratively to process emotions and deal with life's challenges.
BACKGROUND
I have over a decade of experience working with children and families as a therapist, counselor, teacher, and coach. I am trained in person-centered therapy, play therapy, psychodynamic therapy, emotionally focused therapy, and more. I focus on the social and emotional well-being of the child and the family.

Relational: I invest in our relationship so that you and your child feel comfortable sharing your experience and reflecting on topics that may be difficult.

Non-judgmental: I know that there are many different ways to live your life. I trust that you, your child, and your family are trying your best and that your emotions, experiences, and difficulties are valid.

Client-Centered: I listen with openness and curiosity, knowing that what works for one child or family might not work for another. I believe that children know their own experience better than anyone, so I help them tap into their own innate intuition and strengths.
